Mo Alhroub leads the engineering organization responsible for BrainBox AI’s platform for autonomous building optimization. He brings over 26 years of experience in technology and engineering leadership, including more than a decade focused on connected building systems for smart lighting and HVAC optimization. His work centers on building scalable software platforms that bring artificial intelligence into real-world infrastructure at global scale.
Before joining BrainBox AI, Mo held senior engineering leadership roles at both startups and global technology companies, including STMicroelectronics, Molex (a Koch Industries company), Siemens, 75F, and Turntide Technologies. Throughout his career, he has worked across semiconductors, connected lighting, IoT platforms, and smart building technologies, developing a broad perspective on how software, data, and physical systems converge to transform industries. Mo also holds patents related to device power management and Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) lighting infrastructure.
